We believe in the sustainability of timeless and high quality products. Our goal is to support people and companies in developing designs and concepts that reflect their vision. With the strong design and textile background we have, we are able to create, rethink and improve textile products. What we offer are services that help you find your way through the creation process. We offer fashion design services and concept creation. We also help you during the entire development process. Here we make sure that the design and quality of your product comes first. We can also advise you on finding the right shape and the best possible fit or we can develop custom pattern for you. With our wide range of qualifications and our large network we help both – the small companies – that are new to the industry as well as – large companies – that are looking for creative inspiration from a new angle.
And for all those who don’t know where to start, we can offer consulting services.

PROCESS
So, how do we work?
We like to divide our services into three parts.
* First we will do a briefing about your ideas and the purpose of the project. We define goals and talk about schedule and budget.
Design and concept
This is our main playground. Depending on budget and schedule, we usually go into a research phase and come back to you with three different design directions. We will continue to work on one direction and develop it further during the process. Once this concept is completed, it will be the guideline for the design. Based on this concept, we can start developing specific designs, Products or a collection.
Quality & Consulting
This part of our work is dedicated to increasing the quality of your goods and improving the design of your products. We start with sourcing alongside the design development process and help out with specific information about suppliers, materials and techniques. This includes lead times, sampling and development costs such as order numbers, prices and import of goods. The consultation takes place thus in principle with each step of your project and depends very strongly on what you need concretely.
Product and development
To achieve the best result for your design, we offer assistance during the development process. After your designs are finished and materials and suppliers are found, it is time to start prototyping. We help you develop design instructions for ordering samples from suppliers. Normally you will receive three samples, depending on the complexity of your products until completion. For customers who are not sure what kind of style or garment they want, we offer a first sample made in Berlin. After each fitting, feedback is sent to the supplier so that the next sample can be improved. If the sample looks really good, a pre-production sample is ordered for final confirmation of the items and to start production.

In the third semester I dropped out of my first degree program to do what everyone always advised against: fashion design!
Already during my fashion studies I started to work independently on freelance jobs. After class I constructed patterns for influencers and at night I sewed for university. Early on in this process, the subject of production also began to appeal to me. I simply wanted to know how to create and sell products. Therefore, I studied MA clothing technology at HTW Berlin in parallel to my Fashion Design Master at UDK Berlin. Looking back, I often wonder how I managed to bring everything under one roof. In this time I learned that you can really achieve anything by beliving in yourself. With this spirit I decided to continue independently after some time in employment as product manager at Lala Berlin. For many designers it is absurd to deal with the technical and economical conditions in the industry. But in my opinion it is essential to understand how the business works. In order to develop durable and sustainable designs you have to understand how products are made. There is no point in creating great designs that are to expensive or that can not Meet the MOQ´s for production.
Nevertheless, the creative work is my focus. I use my technical know-how to find new ways and techniques in design.
With SERVE IT HOT I have finally created the space for myself to work full-time for what I am passionate about. Here I can develop designs which are not only qualitatively but also aesthetically convincing.
I help people to develop products, designs or concepts. Through my consulting I can also help to meet the challenge of production. I do this with all my energy and heart what I think you can see.
